Chris Sneed was a young mechanic with a passion for speed and performance. Growing up, he spent countless hours tinkering with engines and dreaming of building his own racing cars. After completing his degree in automotive technology and racecar performance. Chris worked for a few other professional racers before decided to turn his passion into his own shop and founded Sneed’s Speed Shop in 2002, a small workshop dedicated to crafting and repairing high-performance vehicles.
With his keen eye for detail and innovative engineering skills, Chris quickly gained a reputation for his exceptional work. Whether it was tuning engines for maximum horsepower or fabricating custom parts for improved aerodynamics, Chris and his team at SneedSpeed were known for pushing the boundaries of automotive technology. As word of his expertise spread, Chris began attracting clients from all over the world. Professional drivers sought out SneedSpeed for their expertise in fine-tuning race cars, while enthusiasts turned to them for aftermarket upgrades to enhance their street machines.
After winning 3 regional race championships in his E36 BMW, Chris turned pro in 2012 racing a MINI Cooper in a professional national level televised series. But amidst the accolades and achievements, Chris remained true to his roots. He never lost sight of the thrill of working hands-on with engines and the inspiration of seeing his creations roar to life on the racetrack.
