Every engine begins with extensive machine work and blueprinting to create a stable foundation capable of handling aggressive track use. Blocks are precision machined with straight cylinders, properly decked surfaces, and carefully verified clearances throughout the assembly. The rotating assembly features a lightened, polished, and fully balanced crankshaft along with balanced connecting rods to improve engine response, reduce harmonics, and increase stability at elevated RPM.
Cylinder head preparation is centered around airflow efficiency and race performance. The intake ports are gasket matched to the cylinder head, and the exhaust side is fully port matched to the race header to maximize flow consistency throughout the engine system. The head is equipped with a competition valve job, performance camshaft, upgraded race valve springs, lightweight retainers, and an adjustable cam gear for precise cam timing adjustment and powerband tuning.
