The SneedSpeed N18 Remanufactured Cylinder Head is a fully assembled, precision-remanufactured top-end component engineered for 2011–2017 MINI Cooper S models equipped with the N18 turbocharged engine across R55, R56, R57, R58, R59, and R60 chassis.

This cylinder head serves as the common foundation for both Street and Super Sport N18 builds. There are no alternate camshaft or internal valvetrain versions for the N18 platform at these levels—by design. Instead, this head is engineered to provide maximum reliability, sealing integrity, and tuning headroom while maintaining OEM valve timing and drivability.


Role in the SneedSpeed Trade-Up System

On the N18 platform, Street and Super Sport share the same cylinder head architecture.

This head is intentionally positioned as:

  • The baseline replacement for worn or damaged N18 engines

  • The structural top-end foundation for increased boost and tuning

  • The correct starting point before advancing to Race-level airflow changes

Trade-Up on the N18 does not occur through camshaft changes.
